As an AI Lead at 11x, I spearheaded the development of “Alice”—an autonomous AI sales representative that's revolutionizing modern GTM teams. I pioneered the Knowledge Base Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Deep Research agent - a first-of-its-kind system enabling Alice to process and reason over complex product information with unprecedented accuracy. My contributions extend to developing the credits ledger system and engineering the autonomous Sourcing Agent for campaign creation, forming the technical foundation of Alice's intelligence and reliability.
At Meta, I worked as a Software Engineer in the Core Ads organization, focusing on Generative AI products and Reality Labs infrastructure. I played a key role in launching first-generation GenAI creative enhancements for Feed Ads, which drove significant revenue improvements at scale.
